Edge foiling gives a wonderfully smooth, shiny, reflective surface to the invitation’s edges. This technique is centuries old - master bookbinders would gild the edges of books with gold to show their precious worth. You can do the same to captivate your guests.
Silver, gold and rose gold foiling will add a touch of elegance to even the humblest of designs. Despite its subtle application, edge foiling can make a bold statement proving that less is more.
For the best results, avoid papers that are thin. This finishing works well on 600+ gsm paper.

What is Pressed foil
Foil pressing refers to the application of foil using heat and pressure to transfer it onto the paper's surface. When you run your hands over a foil-pressed print you'll be able to see and feel a slight indentation of the surface giving it a beautiful and tactile finish similar to letterpress. Modern digital foil stamping cannot achieve this effect. All collections in the press foil collection are done on non-digital texture paper such as cotton paper.
